The rules for using this site, and the limits of what an independent study aid is and is not.

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Patriot Projects LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. No affiliation, no endorsement
EATADIK is an independent study aid. Patriot Projects LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the United States Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, or Coast Guard; the Department of Defense; the Department of Homeland Security; the Federal Aviation Administration; or any other government agency. References to military publications, ranks, schools, and doctrine are descriptive and nominative only. No official endorsement is claimed or implied.
2. Study aid only — verify against the governing publication
Our booklets are compiled from official publications that were publicly released and approved for public distribution at the time we sourced them. Doctrine changes. Publications are superseded. Boards, schools, and examiners test against the current governing publication, not against us.
Always verify against the current official publication before you rely on anything. Nothing here is professional, legal, medical, aviation, maritime, or safety advice. Survival and field-reference material describes doctrine; it is not a substitute for training, qualified instruction, or judgment. You are responsible for your own decisions and your own safety.
We make no guarantee that studying our material will result in a passing score, a promotion, a selection, a graduation, or a license.
3. Accuracy
We cite every card to the publication it came from, and we take that seriously — it is the whole point of the product. Even so, errors happen in any work of this size. If you find one, email us and we will correct it in the next revision. We do not warrant that the site or the booklets are free of errors or omissions.
4. Purchases happen on Amazon
We do not sell or ship from this site. Buy links take you to Amazon, where Amazon's terms, pricing, availability, shipping, returns, and refund policies apply. Prices and page counts shown here are current as of our build date and may differ at the retailer. Any dispute about an order is between you and Amazon.
5. Affiliate disclosure
Links to Amazon on this site are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, Patriot Projects LLC earns from qualifying purchases. Your price does not change.
6. Intellectual property
The EATADIK name, the site design, the compilation, the original text, the layout, and the question-and-answer arrangement are owned by Patriot Projects LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, scrape, republish, resell, or create derivative works from the site or the booklets without written permission.
Underlying U.S. Government works — field manuals, technical publications, and similar material — are not subject to copyright in the United States under 17 U.S.C. § 105. Our selection, arrangement, commentary, figures placement, and presentation of that material are ours.
You are welcome to quote a short passage with attribution and a link back.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, scrape or bulk-download content, probe or interfere with the site's security, or misrepresent your identity. We may block access for any of the above.
8. The email list
Signing up is voluntary. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. Submitting someone else's address without their permission is not allowed.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriot Projects LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising out of your use of the site or the booklets. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us directly, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
11. Third-party links
We link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
