You pick it.
Somebody here makes it.
Choose the garment, choose where the artwork sits on it, then choose the design and the ink. The blanks are cut and sewn in the United States and the decorating is done in Colorado Springs — not drop-shipped from a warehouse that has never seen the goods.
Build it
Pick a product. The options change with it — a sticker has nowhere to "place" a logo, so it does not pretend to.
How it is made
The blank matters as much as the print
Why some designs disappear when you change an option
Switch a patch to Embroidered and several designs grey out. That is not a bug and it is not arbitrary.
Every design was measured
Each master was scanned to find its finest line — the thinnest stroke anywhere in the artwork, as a fraction of its overall width. Ring text on a seal is very fine. A heavy stencil wordmark is not.
Every process has a floor
A stitch will not hold below about a millimetre. A vinyl cut that thin tears when it is weeded. Laser etching into leather is the finest of them. Each process has a known thinnest line it can actually reproduce.
So the maths decides
Printed four inches wide, a design's finest stroke is four inches times that fraction. If that comes out below the process floor, the combination is not offered — because it would arrive as mush, and you would be right to send it back.
A worked example: the globe seal needs about 18 inches to embroider legibly, which is wider than a shirt — so it is never offered embroidered. Laser-etched into leather the same seal needs 5.5 inches, so a six-inch leather patch works. The page runs that check as you click; the server runs it again before anything could ever be charged.
